SPARK!

The SPARK! program offers engaging experiences for people with early- to mid-stage memory loss and a friend, family member, or caregiver with whom to share it. Monthly sessions may include cooking, art-making, or a gallery tour, or even attending world-class performances. The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, and a short social time is part of each of these programs.

Monday, May 13, 10:00–11:30 a.m.
Enjoy a guided tour of UNCOMMON GROUND, an exhibition series about our relationship with the land.

Monday, June 10, 10:00–11:30 a.m.
Explore the Arts Center's beautiful blooming gardens with head gardner Allissa Montgomery. Together, we will help plant colorful annuals in the Cafe Terrace Garden.

Monday, July 8, 10:00–11:30 a.m.
Learn about land and art in the Arts Center's galleries, then create your own miniature terrarium in The ARTery.

Come with an appetite. We will make delicious summer recipes with cooking instructor Marilyn Montemayor and share stories of our favorite summer meals.
